We think that retirement is a joke. We
don’t want to spend 40 years saving up
a ridiculously large sum of money in
preparation for living. We prepared to live
during in high school. We sacrificed four
years of life during college, preparing to
live. We’re tired of preparing. We refuse to
do that for the sake of retirement, when our
bodies are so used up we can barely function,
anyway. Finally being in control over your
time doesn’t matter much when you’re
walking around with a colostomy bag and a
walker. - Liberate yourself, Jonathan Mead
